The reality is that no one cares about new music anymore. There's such an abundance of old music and it's so readily available that no one wants to spend their time digging through new stuff. Exactly as it is written in BTF, we are oversaturated with perceptions and an unprocessable amount of information, a multi-colored grass. Pigs cook meals of deceiving and lies.

What people appreciate most about old music today is its finitude. Its final form. Old albums are already immutable, they have their cover, year of release, fixed order in the discography. It is a reassuringly solid island in a sea of rolling news that cannot be comprehended by the human mind at all...
